Our professional will work with you and your staff to set a prioritized agenda for the half day session to ensure that your most pressing questions and issues get resolved in addition to the system checks and training that we do.  We can be more effective together if you can give us some idea of what you would like to fix or learn during our session. 

Having the following information available would increase the value you get from our time together…
   1. Samples of current forms used: check, invoice etc.
   2. Invoice format changes you would like to make.
   3. Most recent adjusted trial balance from current accountant.
   4. Chart changes you might want to make marked on the current chart of accounts.
   5. Copy of last financial statements from current accountant.
   6. Last bank statement and reconciliation for all bank accounts.
